No. Both plans include unlimited LRs and trucks. The plans differ by number of users, number of branches and a few features.
No. Your customer opens a tracking link in any browser to see the status of their consignment. There is nothing to install and no login.
Your data stays yours. Only the users you add can see it, with the access you give them, and it travels over encrypted connections. We never sell your data. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
Yes, at any time. Your service continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
You get a 45-day free trial before any payment, so you can be sure before you pay. Once a payment is made it is not refunded. A duplicate or mistaken charge is always returned. See our Refund and Cancellation policy.
