Refund and Cancellation

  • You get a 45-day free trial before any payment.
  • Once a payment is made, it is not refunded.
  • You can cancel at any time. Service continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
  • A duplicate or mistaken charge is returned in full.

1. Free trial

Every new customer of RoadsAndTrucks gets a 45-day free trial. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged during the trial. Use this time to make sure the Service suits your business. You pay only if you choose a plan at the end of the trial.

2. No refunds

Because you can try the full Service free for 45 days first, payments are not refunded once made. This applies to:

  • the unused part of a billing period after you cancel;
  • a change to a lower plan during a billing period;
  • unused WhatsApp or SMS message allowances.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address. There is no cancellation fee.

  • Your service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • You are not charged again after you cancel.
  • You can ask us for a copy of your data. See our Terms of Service.

4. Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you are charged twice for the same period, or charged an amount by mistake, we return the extra amount in full. Email [email protected] with your company name, the payment date, the amount and the payment reference.

After we confirm the error, we start the return to your original payment method promptly. Your bank or payment provider may take further time to credit it.
